A membership plan built around two visits a year, one in the fall and one in the spring, with a set price for every extra system and discounts that carry through the year.
What members get
Six benefits, one yearly price
Membership costs $229 annually, with $149 per additional HVAC unit. If you would rather spread it out, it is $19/month for the first unit and $12/month for each additional unit. Either way, this is what comes with it.

A system that gets looked at twice a year is a system where a weak capacitor, a dirty coil or a cracked igniter is found on a scheduled visit instead of on the hottest or coldest day of the year. The plan is there to protect the equipment you already own and to stretch out how long it runs.

What is covered in a membership agreement
The plan is designed to keep the system running at its best, guard the owner against unit failure and extend the life of the equipment. It includes two visits per year with the following scope of work.

- Clean & Inspect Condenser Coil
- Does not include Detergent
- Trane/American Standard/Specialty units subject to specialty pricing
- Inspect Evaporator Coil for Cleanliness and Bacterial Growth (**If accessible)
- Inspect Blower Wheel
- Clean & Test Safety Controls
- Inspect Unit Disconnect
- Inspect & Test Contactor
- Test Airflow Static Pressure
- Inspect & Check Ducts For Leakage
- Clean & Check Condensate Plumbing
- Inspect Electrical Connections
- Measure Refrigerant Level (** temperature must be above 60 degrees to record proper level)
- Inspect Motor Bearings
- Inspect Condenser Fan Motor
- Check Condenser Fan Blade Balance
- Measure & Record Capacitor Rating
- Measure & Record Compressor Amps

- Inspect Lineset Insulation
