See the equipment before you choose it
Our Springdale showroom lets you look at heating and cooling systems up close, ask questions and compare options with someone who installs them. Call to book a visit.
What is on the floor
A brochure shows you a box. The showroom lets you stand next to one. You can see how big a furnace really is, what a thermostat looks like on the wall and how the equipment compares from one system to the next. This is what we keep on display.
Home HVAC System
A whole-home heating and cooling setup, so you can see how the pieces fit together.
Carrier Infinity HVAC System
The Carrier Infinity line on display for a hands-on look.
Carrier HVAC Units
Carrier equipment you can compare side by side.
Ecobee Thermostat
The ecobee smart thermostat, with the controls in reach.
You will also find high-efficiency air conditioning units, furnaces and thermostats on the floor, so you can weigh heating and cooling options in one visit.

The same room is used for technician training.
Questions worth asking on a visit
You do not need to know the model numbers. Bring the age of your current system, a rough idea of the house and whatever bothers you about it. These are good places to start the conversation.
- Which system sizes fit a house like yours, and what does the next size up change?
- How loud is the indoor unit and how loud is the outdoor unit?
- What does the thermostat show you day to day, and what can you change from a phone?
- How much room does the equipment need in the attic, closet or on the pad?
- What does routine maintenance on this system involve?
From the showroom to your house
Seeing the equipment is the first step. When you are ready to price a real job, a technician comes to the house, assesses it and gives you a quote. The pages below cover what happens next.
